Pitcher Filter Cartridge Ordering Page
We are committed to protecting the health of our customers. As part of our lead service line replacement program, we provided you with a drinking water pitcher filter and filter cartridge.
The filter cartridge has a 6-month life span based on 80 ounces of use daily. Understandably, a customer’s usage may require the replacement of the cartridge sooner than 6 months. There is an indicator light on the pitcher filter when it is time to replace the cartridge. If you meet all of the following criteria, we’ll provide you with a replacement cartridge at no cost to you:
- You received a pitcher filter associated with a recent lead service line or galvanized replacement.
- Less than 6 months have passed since you received the pitcher filter.
- The replacement indicator light on the pitcher filter is lit.
Eligible customers can request a replacement cartridge by visiting the website below. We will verify your information and contact you if we have any questions.
After 6 months of receiving the pitcher filter: The pitcher filter is yours to keep. If you wish to continue to use the filter, you may purchase future replacement filter cartridges at your own expense. Replacement cartridges are available from a variety of retail stores as well as online.
