Maryland American Water and American Water Charitable Foundation Provide Over $48,000 in Statewide Support to Communities in 2023
Bel Air, MD (July 11, 2024) – Recently, Maryland American Water announced its end-of-year charitable total for 2023,. Last year, the company provided over $6,200 through grants, charitable contributions and programming support to organizations across Maryland focused on a variety of environmental, education and philanthropic activities. In addition, the American Water Charitable Foundation (AWCF) donated over $41,800 in grants and employee matching gifts, further impacting communities served by Maryland American Water. Combined, total giving exceeds $48,000.
