Pennsylvania American Water Joins Other Utilities to Promote Customer Assistance Programs in Fayette County
The Nov. 3 event featured community resources in support of those in need
BROWNSVILLE, Pa. (Nov. 03, 2022) -- Pennsylvania American Water, local utility companies and community partners assembled on Nov. 3 in Brownsville, Fayette County, in support of the Brownsville Area Community Resource & Utilities Fair.
More than 50 participants had the opportunity to learn about available customer assistance programs and payment plans, connect with community-based organizations and receive help with applications.
The Fayette County Chamber of Commerce hosted the event at the Sons of Italy in Brownsville. Joining Pennsylvania American Water were representatives from:
- Columbia Gas
- Crime Victims Center
- Dollar Energy Fund
- Fayette County Community Action
- Fayette County Drug & Alcohol Commission
- PA CareerLink Fayette
- Southwestern PA Area Agency on Aging
- State Rep. Ryan Warner
